We are creating an inhouse Paid Media function and are looking for the spearhead. Is that you?
You get a unique opportunity to help establish and build an in-house competence and function – and do it right from the beginning. No patching. You get to show how paid media is a business enabler, and kick-start new initiatives within the space. As our paid media specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive our paid search and paid social activities on a global and local level. Cooperate closely with the digital marketing team, business and product units, as well as our local markets and HR, to ensure that the 3Shape brand and product offering is performing optimally across the paid channels and driving commercial value. You will also spearhead new initiatives around programmatic and retargeting, which we are to take from concept to implementation and ROI. The rest will come as we start to unfold this new area together, meaning that you have the possibility to influence your daily job and where we take our paid media engagement.
Digging a bit more into your everyday and the exciting projects ahead:
1) Campaign execution
You possess extensive end-to-end campaign management experience. From initial research, strategy and planning to ad creation, launch and subsequent bid management, ad testing and optimisation these tasks will be the main core of your work. You have some experience in activating paid efforts as part of an omni-channel campaign.
2) Reporting & analysis
You are well versed in creating comprehensive performance and campaign-level reporting. This includes establishing KPIs and benchmarks as well as determining ROIs. You are not afraid to present results and findings, spotlighting key achievements, optimizations and opportunities to team members and executives. Responsible for driving our forecasting efforts on paid performance.
3) Business partner
You stay updated with the paid media area and know the latest trends and best practises. You can communicate this to the internal stakeholders/ project teams, to help drive ROI, and establish best practise.
Skills & Experience:
You are passionate about paid media and how digital and offline media can be intertwined, you wake up thinking ROI and optimization, and then you are passionate about the users and understanding their behaviours to provide the right content at the right time. You have a digital mindset but anchor decisions in the complete decision journey (offline & online),and think omni-channel to the extent possible. You are hands-on, thrive in a fast-pasted environment and enjoy taking on new challenges. You have great organizational skills and attention to detail when diving into the opportunities or limitations of advertising.
