This primary responsibility of this newly created position is to develop end-user interest in the company products and ensure implementation of the company’s lead generation process (from lead acquisition to post-sale) for the US and Canadian markets. Much of the focus is to increase lead engagement and brand awareness via phone call or email to maximize the goal of identifying in-office product demonstration opportunities. Understanding and utilizing the lead pipeline (primarily through CRM—Customer Relationship Management) is required to build the buyer profile. The individual will also be responsible for some of the administrative tasks associated with this activity. Close collaboration with the Global and Local Marketing, CRM analyst, and local Field Management is critical for success.
Work Location/Hours: This role is a remote position meaning the individual will be working from their home office. The individual is expected to spend some time in the Warren, NJ office in order to meet with the marketing team members and engage with other 3Shape colleagues. There are times that the individual will be required to participate in certain evening reseller/partner sales events, trade shows, exhibits and conventions as well as customer or KOL meetings and events.
Travel: This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel, primarily to Denmark.
