Support Operations Consultant

We are therefore looking for an experienced Support Operations consultant to work in our Kyiv office who can work effectively with great colleagues all over the world to ensure successful maintenance, improvement and ongoing development of tools and procedures that is needed for our Customer Support to successfully carry out their work according to international legislation.

Your profile

  • Experience with Customer Support operations and procedures
  • Experience with the customization and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, reading Database Structures and writing SQL queries
  • Experience with programming in different languages is an advantage
  • Familiar with Reporting tools (such as Report Builder, Power BI)
  • Experience with call center phone solutions is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient at thinking process oriented
  • Service oriented
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage

Key Tasks

  • Configuration, optimizing and administration of Microsoft CRM to support our procedures
  • Reporting on CRM data
  • Support for our users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Implementation, maintenance and support of tools necessary for the support department to do their daily work (Support system, phone system, customer satisfaction survey, reporting etc)
  • Education and training of colleagues
  • Some travel activity is required, primarily to Denmark
