Technical Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to work in our Kyiv office.

 Areas of responsibility:

-          Tracking the product quality of released products in the market by engaging with resellers and end-users.

-          Supporting the efficient roll-out of new products.

-          Leading investigation of product issues in the market.

A role that is in between Product Management, Sales, Development and Support.

 You should possess the following competencies:

-          Full operational command of English, both verbally and in writing. Other languages are an advantage.

-          Extensive knowledge and work experience within IT technology (Microsoft Windows based).

-          A relevant technical or business education (is a plus).

-          Experience in installation of software and hardware.

-          Experience in testing system installation settings with different IT solutions .

-          Experience in engaging with end users and resellers.

-          Experience in communication with users about technical issues. Users can be both technical and non-technical.

-          Analytical and problem-solving skills.

-          High sense of responsibility.

-          The ability to structure one’s own tasks and follow up on customers’ tasks.
