Customer Support Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Project Manager for our Kyiv office who can work effectively with great colleagues all over the world to ensure successful projects initiated by, related to and needed by our Customer Support to successfully carry out their work according to the international legislation.

As such you will manage and build strong, effective relationships with a portfolio of clients, educate customers on appropriate operational channels, maintain continuous communication and identify & sanction incoming payment referrals.

Stakeholder management - provide exemplary level of professional service.

Ensure customer compliance and credit sanction is obtained

You will play an integral part in supporting your team and new business customers.

Your profile

  • Experience in Project management
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient at thinking process oriented, and wants to make a difference
  • Result-oriented team player
  • Thrive in a global and expanding environment, with informal management
  • Like to plan and organize tasks
  • Service oriented with the right customer mindset
  • Experience with customer support is an advantage
  • Experience with ITSM is an advantage
  • Experience working with medical regulative compliancy and certification audits is an advantage

Key Tasks

  • Take ownership of global projects in Customer support department, including scoping, planning, execution and providing regular status to the committee and PMO
  • Work with Senior management and help define project scope, goals and deliverables for future projects in alignment with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization
  • Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet the project outputs
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Internal training of colleagues in new processes of Customer Support, related to the projects
  • Some travel activity, primarily to Denmark
