Customer Support Operations Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Operations consultant who can work effectively with great colleagues all over the world to ensure successful creation, maintenance, improvement and ongoing development of procedures, processes and to some extent tools that is needed for our Customer Support to successfully carry out their work according to international legislation.

Your profile

  • Experience with developing, maintaining and rethinking procedures and processes
  • Some experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and ad hoc maintenance
  • Familiar with reporting tools and dashboards
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and have a bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient at thinking process oriented, and wants to make a difference
  • Thrive in a global and expanding environment, with informal management
  • Experience with Change Request Management processes is an advantage
  • Experience working with medical regulative compliancy and certification audits is an advantage
  • Service oriented with the right customer mindset

Key Tasks

  • Take ownership of Customer Care’s procedures, processes and ensure we’re compliant with medical regulatives
  • Take ownership of change request processes for customer support tools, incl. facilitating change board with global support managers
  • Participate in handling Customer Support Operations regular tasks in cooperation with team
    • Such as reporting on CRM and BI data ad hoc
    • Ad hoc assistance for support directors and managers globally
    • Assist on certification audits
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and ad hoc maintenance on functional level according to our procedures
  • Education and training of colleagues
  • Some travel activity, primarily to Denmark
