Marketing Project Manager

3Shape is looking for an ambitious, high performing Marketing Project Manager to drive marketing efforts within the dental CBCT and implantology segment. Your work will help ensure that we maintain our position as a world leader within digital solutions for dental clinics.

You will take part in forming 3Shape’s future and contribute to continued sales growth by acting as a strong commercial ally of our external sales partners as well as our business units and sales offices.

You will join the Marketing division in a highly innovative company and work daily with a team of dedicated and skilled marketing professionals. The position is located at the 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen.

One of your main goals will be to develop solid and well-defined commercial plans for the dental CBCT and implantology segment together with our partners globally. You will ensure that we have strong go-to-market plans in place, with the right sales and marketing tools to support the current product offerings as well as new product launches. You will help create and carry out commercial strategies to ensure that sales targets are met while increasing engagement and loyalty among our existing end-user base of dentists.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build close relations to the market’s key sales partners for the CBCT and implantology segment in close collaboration with our sales offices around the world
  • Analyze and understand our sales partners’ organizations, their market situation and drivers for sales as well as their needs in terms of sales tools, marketing collaterals, etc.
  • Make joint marketing plans including planning of marketing campaigns (advertisement, online, direct marketing etc.), promotions, events, exhibition collaboration and much more
  • Ensure that campaigns and plans are timely and efficiently executed, including thorough follow-up
  • Act as the commercial driver for projects related to dental clinics and end-users of the 3Shape X1 CBCT scanner and Implant Studio software
  • Define and develop initiatives to increase loyalty and engagement among existing 3Shape customers such as content for online end-user platform, educational events etc. Execute these new initiatives together with regional marketing colleagues and follow up on the effect they create
  • Develop the right sales tools and commercial training for the sales organizations to ensure that they are equipped to sell the 3Shape portfolio. And ensure that these sales tools are implemented and used by the sales force

To succeed in this position you will need

  • A successfully completed commercial education on a Master’s level, i.e. cand.merc or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a position within marketing or product management in a global business environment
  • A well-equipped analytical toolbox and presentation abilities backed by a solid understanding of various analysis methods and a high level of data analysis skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to quickly understand problems, analyze the situation and present your solutions or results in an appealing and powerful manner
  • A strong focus on implementation, execution and follow-up. You are eager to see the results from your plans and are always looking for new ways to do things a little better the next time around
  • The ability to build relations and make an impact at all levels. This position will entail broad cooperation with stakeholders worldwide – both within 3Shape as well as with our external sales partners
  • Traveling 20-40 days per year should be expected
