Business Manager Lab Brazil

The Lab Business Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a business plan for the 3Shape laboratory product portfolio including setting sales targets, selecting and developing the reseller set-up and other key customers, as well as driving the marketing activities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop the (annual) business plan for the lab business in your country
  • Proper account management of resellers to deliver their full business potential
  • Utilize all available 3Shape resources to ensure the reseller delivers a great customer experience
  • Set annual sales targets for the reseller and ensure these are delivered
  • Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) account review meetings
  • Accountable for price and contract implementation
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the lab business including KOLs, Universities
  • Possess great knowledge of the lab market dynamics and trends
  • Provide competitive intelligence, input and trend information to management and marketing
  • Provide product input and feedback to marketing and product management
  • Maintain key relationships with internal client departments (i.e., Sales, Contracts, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Support)

Your qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, managing National or Regional Accounts, preferably within a global organization
  • Previous Regional Sales management experience is a plus
  • Experience with medical device industry is a plus
  • Analytical mind and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, written and orally, as this is our company language
