Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Administration team in Kyiv office.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Travel arrangements for the office staff
  • Visa support
  • Front door maintenance
  • Welcoming visitors/customers
  • Receiving telephone calls, faxes and other information enquiries and direct the questions to the relevant person
  • Income/outcome correspondence coordination
  • Courier services arranging
  • Managing correspondence, documents, messages, newspapers, magazines arrival at the reception desk in the office
  • Documentation work
  • Translation of the documents: letters, contracts, notary papers, etc
  • Providing the assistance of Administrative department if and when required

You should have experience in several of the following fields:

  • Higher education preferably linguistics
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • PC literacy (general Microsoft Windows knowledge)
  • Relevant working experience is an advantage
  • Experience in visa support and travel arrangements is an advantage

  • Responsible attitude and good team working skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and plan, coordinate own work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
