CRM Manager

3Shape is looking for an ambitious, high performing Sr. Analyst, CRM North America who will be the lead for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data tool to improve and optimize the customer journey and support the ambitious 3Shape growth strategy.  This individual will work across multiple functions of the organization including Marketing, Sales, Support and Academy (professional education), to drive utilization of this tool throughout the North America organization and to provide input to the Global marketing team for ongoing system enhancements.  Additionally, this individual will utilize their strong data analytics expertise to help drive business analysis and decision making.  This position reports to the Director, Marketing North America and is based out of our office in Warren, New Jersey, United States.  You will have a dotted line reporting structure into the Head of CRM, Global, who resides in our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

You will join a dynamic global CRM team collaborating as a cross-functional team, collecting, analyzing, and designing optimal solutions for the greater part of all 3Shape teams, facilitating CRM as their primary everyday tool.  A primary goal will be to drive CRM user adoption in the North American region, driving trainings, process workflows introductory workshops, data exports and analytics as well as training and onboarding of new hires to the CRM Dynamics platform.

Your key responsibilities will be to….

  • Act as a CRM team champion collecting and prioritizing organizational CRM workshops across organizational teams like i.e. Marketing, Sales, Academy, and Management
  • Deliver data analytics and dashboards for the many 3Shape teams facilitating CRM as their daily tool
  • Independently make decisions and drive user adoption, while knowing when to escalate issues
  • Define and develop initiatives to increase global CRM user adoption
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to develop insights and recommendations for the business

To succeed in this position, you will need …

  • A 4-year college degree in Business plus 2-5+ years of experience in marketing research and data analytics
  • Prior experience with Dynamics CRM or other CRM systems such as SalesForce.com
  • A well-equipped analytical toolbox, including a wide range of analysis methods and skills
  • Strong communication skills to be able to take the analytics and insights developed and transfer them into meaning recommendations for management. 
  • Strong planning and execution skills, to manage fast paced projects with complexity.
  • The ability to communicate personably and effectively in person, on the phone, and through email with global stakeholders, building relations and making an impact at all levels in the organization.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, as you thrive in a fast-paced environment of innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Travel requirements include regional and global travel of 20-40 days per year, including some weekends.
