3Shape Corporate Digital Marketing is embarking on the next phase of the 3Shape e-commerce journey in order to further empower our resellers as well as our end-customers as they do business with us. We are therefore looking for you and want you on our team. We want you to take ownership of the ecom roadmap, implementation, and continuous optimization/ development. You will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, but will interact with our global organization. 

You would most likely describe yourself, as a professional who has been working with e-commerce for a few years. You have end-to-end experience with building, implementing, and optimizing an ecom platform/journey. Your approach to this has been hands-on, but your success was achieved by working with a cross-competency team to drive the ecommerce agenda.   You can navigate in the space in-between the technical details and business systems, as well as engagement campaigns to increase basket size. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude, know that ‘the devil is in the detail’, and that deadlines exist for a reason. And you are a challenger, meaning that you are driven by a need to constantly explore how we can work smarter and improve performance.  

Key work areas:

  • Drive the implementation of the first generation of the new ecom platform (EoY) and define the roadmap and implementation of future releases
  • Support the implementation of the 3Shape data ecosystem (internally and externally), and the respective reporting and monitoring set-up
  • Activate the ecom G2M strategy to achieve the commercial goals for the ecom channel and optimize conversion rates (CRO)
  • Steer stakeholder management across internal and external partners, including Business Units, Sales, Finance, Resellers and Delivery teams, and be a knowledgeable sparring partner for how they can benefit from this channel  
  • Manage and optimize the stack of tools and processes used, and ensure legal and security compliance for usage and data collection/handling
  • Define and optimize the ecom customer journeys and campaign performance

We believe that to become a success in this role, you have hands-on experience in ecommerce and can easily say ‘I’ve done this before’. You have been a part of a ‘digital transformation’ journey – such as introducing true B2B ecommerce can be, and you have developed the people skills needed to ensure successful implementation.  Both B2B and B2C experience is most welcome.

On the ‘Nice to have experience’ list we have:

  • Tool suite: Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Analytics, UCommerce, MS-Dynamics, ClickDimensions, MS-AX, Google Analytics
  • Conversion rate optimization, A/B and Multivariate testing.
  • Scrum and KanBan as ways of working
